Story[]
Marian was a childhood friend of Robin Hood, who later become an outlaw. Marian herself is noble, being King Richard's niece. Richard is currently at the crusades, and John, his cruel brother, assume the king role.
Marian assist to an archery tournament, which first prize is a kiss coming from her. Robin disguised as a stork is present at the tournament, and wins, but Prince John recognize him and sentence him to death.
Marian begs for him in vain, but fortunately, Little John, Robin's friend, manage to help him to escape. During the subsequent brawl, Robin asks for Marian's hand, who gladly accept.
Later, they share a song called "Love", and then, a dance number with the Merry Men.
Marian is lastly seen at the very end of the movie, marrying Robin.
Personality[]
Marian is beautiful, lady-like, nice. She one of the least active Disney heroines but still, she once defended herself by throwing pies at a vulture's face.
Trivia[]
-She appears in Robin Hood and House of Mouse.
-Her kingdom is England.
-Being a king's niece, she must be a princess; however she is never called as such in the movie. Maid Marian 's status depend of the versions; sometimes she is of the same status as Robin, a good archer just like him, and an action girl. Or, like here, she's a lady, and the king's parent (here her niece, sometimes, her cousin).
-She is not an official Disney princess, maybe because she's an animal.
