Story[]
The magical crown of Gardenia glows when placed on the head of the rightful heir of the kingdom. On the coronation day, it shall have been put on princess Delancy's head, but it would not glow in that case. The true heir was Blair, or rather princess Sophia, her still alive cousin. The latter suspected since the day before she was probably the biological daughter of late queen Isabella. And so did Delancy, who probably wished to not appear in public with a crown which would out her as a fake heir. Instead of wearing it, she put the crown on Blair's head and it glowed, revealing the latter as princess Sophia.
Trivia[]
-The magic crown can be classified upon the objects that reveal future kings or queens, like Excalibur put out of the rock by Arthur, or the Stone of Scone, which is said to roar in presence of the heir of Scotland.
-When not used, it is in a glass display case, put into the strong room of the royal palace. Blair and her friends Hadley and Isla unsuccessfully tried to go and fetch it there; they escaped and arrived in the coronation room, just in time for Blair to try the crown on.
-Oddly, Hadley and Isla wear an identical crown, but in green and purple respectively, after their coronation.
-It have a secondary effect as it did not only glow on Blair's head. It also changed her school uniform into a ceremony dress.
