After Mario and Luigi fix it, a green fairy-like Sprixie princess appears and tells them that Bowser has kidnapped and trapped the rest of the Sprixie princesses in jars. However, they then witness him arrive through the pipe and capture her in a jar before escaping through it. Princess Peach is the first one to jump into the pipe after them, with Mario quickly going in after her and the other 2 following suit. They find themselves in a realm known as "The Sprixie Kingdom" and set off to find the Sprixies. Throughout the game, she can be selected to play with on any of the levels and can use all the same usual power-up items as Mario, Luigi and Toad, as well as the new Super Bell, which allows them to obtain a Cat Suit that allows them to utilize new cat-like abilities, mainly running faster on all 4s, performing unique scratch attacks, and climbing up walls to reach otherwise inaccessible areas.
After the heroes save the final Sprixie, Bowser recaptures all 7 and heads to his amusement park fortress. After they make their way through all the amusement park levels, defeat his minions and reach him in his fortress, Bowser uses the Super Bell to transform into a cat form called Meowser. The group proceeds to climb the tallest tower by utilizing the Super Bell and defeat Meowser. The heroes then say goodbye to the freed Sprixies and travel home through the pipe back to the Mushroom Kingdom. Princess Peach spends most of the game on his airship along with Cappy's younger sister Tiara, whom Bowser also kidnapped as the very first accessory for the wedding, which is why Cappy, one of the Cap Kingdom's sentient hat-like creatures called Bonneters, decides to team up with and help Mario to save them.
Shortly after their journey begins, Mario and Cappy repair an airship called the Odyssey. Eventually, after travelling through various kingdoms and solving various problems along the way, they catch up to them on the Moon's surface cathedral where Bowser is holding the wedding. Inside, they find Princess Peach struggling with Bowser over a giant ring that he's trying to put on her. The 2 of them battle Bowser in the Moon's interior while Princess Peach can only watch. Bowser is defeated and Mario frees Princess Peach and Tiara, but the cavern begins to collapse. However, Mario uses Cappy's capture ability to take control of an unconscious Bowser and escapes to the surface with Princess Peach and Tiara using his strength and endurance. After Princess Peach thanks Mario for his help, Bowser regains consciousness and decides to properly propose to Princess Peach, causing Mario to do the same in haste. Overwhelmed, Princess Peach turns down their proposals as she, Cappy, and Tiara board the Odyssey. Mario and Bowser are both heartbroken until Princess Peach tells Mario to come home with her. Mario boards the ship just in time, leaving Bowser stranded on the moon.
In the aftermath, Mario quickly finds out from the Toads at her castle that she has suddenly disappeared again and are panicking, likely because they assume that she's already been kidnapped again. However, when he and Cappy resume their travels, they quickly discover that Princess Peach and Tiara are simply travelling to all of the different kingdoms on their own accord as a vacation since they couldn't enjoy them the first time. Princess Peach can be found in every kingdom in a specific location, and is often dressed in a very specific manner that's appropriate for the climate of that respective kingdom. If Mario speaks to her, she'll compliment the kingdom for the unique pleasures it has to offer and give Mario a Power Moon that she found. If she is found and spoken to in every kingdom, she will return to the Mushroom Kingdom, where she can be found on the castle balcony and give Mario one more Power Moon. At this point, she will have also invited residents of the other kingdoms to visit the Mushroom Kingdom so that the Toads can converse with them and learn more about the places they come from, while in turn, the residents of the other kingdoms can learn more about the Mushroom Kingdom from them.

Princess Peach... SHOWTIME!
—Princess Peach
Princess Peach appears in this game as the main protagonist, once again. One fine day, she was taking a stroll through her kingdom, when one of her Toads presented a flyer advertising a show at the Sparkle Theater. But just as they arrived to see the show, a wicked sorceress of the Sour Bunch; Madame Grape suddenly made her grand entrance and took over the entire theater, leaving Peach, who lost her luggage and crown in the chaos, trapped inside it. Teaming up with the Theater's guardian, Stella, it's up to the princess with the power of Stella's ribbon, to save ten stolen performances from becoming terrible tragedies, and defeat the Sour Bunch in ten different transformations: Swordfighter, Detective, Pâtissière, Kung Fu, Ninja, Cowgirl, Figure Skater, Dashing Theif, Mighty, and even a Mermaid.
By saving each performance, Princess Peach and Stella remove magical threads preventing them from exploring Sparkle Theater until they discover the doorway to Grape's domain. Stella and the Sparkla performers use the power of Sparkle to transform the princess into Radiant Peach for the final act against Madame Grape. However, the sorceress was determined to end her show as a tragedy and became a giant which destroyed the entire theater. This was not enough to deter theatergoers as they empowered Peach with enough Sparkle to become Super Radiant Peach, allowing her to fight Grape with such a shining performance that it eliminated the villainess and restored Sparkle Theater to its former glory. With everything back to normal, Princess Peach and Stella celebrated with everyone who supported them.
Super Mario RPG (1996 - SNES/2023 - Switch)[]
Princess Peach is kidnapped by Bowser while visiting Mario and taken to Bowser Keep where she is tied up and hung above a pair of chandeliers. Peach was able to help Mario defeat Bowser when suddenly a gigantic sword crashes into the keep, sending Peach flying toward Booster's Tower where it's owner, Booster, finds her and decides to make her his wife. Peach is locked at the top of the tower until she is eventually taken to Marrymore for the wedding. However, Mario, Bowser and company managed to stop the wedding in time and escorts the Princess back to the Mushroom Kingdom. In order not to worry her subjects, the Chancellor suggested that Princess Peach remain at the kingdom. However, she snuck out from her bedroom soon afterwards to join them on their adventures.
Personality[]
Peach's is generally known for being sweet, graceful, calm, and well-mannered. Usually, she never shows aggressiveness when she fights or confronts her enemies. Peach is also willing to have Bowser team up with her and the Mario Bros. when a bigger evil attacks the Mushroom Kingdom. She's also very friendly towards Luigi, despite not interacting with him as much as Mario. As seen in Super Mario Odyssey, Peach loves to travel and dress up. Peach also enjoys gardening and ballroom dancing. Peach's femininity is always played up, and she's often contrasted with the tomboyish Daisy. But Peach is quite a tomboy too as has just as much interest and is as good in sports as Daisy, or any of the guys, and doesn't hesitate to get rough and tumble with any of them, and she always loves playing video games, which would mean she is a bit of a tomboy princess, but not as much as Daisy.
Peach is always shown to be relaxed, gentle, noble, regal and proud. Peach is friendly and kind to almost everyone she meets caring for her friends and enemies. In every fight she always shows respect and dignity. She is also prim, proper and prissy without being stuck up, snobbish and snooty. Peach is also well organized making sure she always looks her best there is nothing out of place in her castle or kingdom. Aside from being calm and relaxed she is always happy and cheerful but is not hyper with her cheerfulness like Daisy is. Despite her royal status she doesn't let that stop her from having playing or getting her hands dirty.
Physical Appearance[]
Peach is a young woman with yellow hair and blue eyes. She usually wears a pink ballgown with a blue chest. She wears blue round earrings and a golden crown with red and cyan jewels. She wears pink shoes and long white gloves.
In athletics, Peach ties her hair into a ponytail with a blue hairband, and wears a short pink sport clothing with pink shorts. She wears white socks and pink shoes. In golf and tennis, she wears a short pink dress. In Mario Golf: Super Rush, she wears a pink t-shirt and a light pinkish-skirt. As Fire Peach, she still wears her hair into a ponytail, except the hairband is red instead of blue. Her dress turns white and red and her shoes turn to red.
In the Super Smash Bros. series, Peach looks slightly different from how she appears in the Mario series. She looks anatomically realistic, as her head is a bit smaller and she is slightly taller than she normally is in the Mario series. Her dress, gloves and crown are all more ornate in design than in the Mario series.
Powers and Abilities[]
Heart powers: Princess Peach is shown to be a heart princess. Her abilities are usually based around hearts and the power of love. With it, she can perform various abilities such as attacking, absorbing and repelling attacks, stunning opponents, interacting and manipulating objects, and healing.
Wishing powers: Princess Peach also has powerful wishing abilities. She can strengthen and weaken anyone with it. Princess Peach was able to channel her powers into a beam of energy with the help of the Star Spirits and levitate Bowser through telekinesis with the help of Starlow.
Magic: Princess Peach is an efficient user of magic. She can use it to put opponents to sleep, silence opponents from using special moves, revive allies, or bombard a cluster of foes.
Levitation: Princess Peach can float in mid-air with the use of her skirt. This was introduced in the American version of Super Mario Bros. 2, her first playable appearance.
Parasol skills: Princess Peach can effectively use a parasol. She can use it to block attacks, glide and float, and attack opponents. In Paper Mario, she gets a special parasol that turns her into Bowser's guards and in Super Princess Peach, her parasol has a mind of its own and can transform into a submarine.
Emotion empowerment: In Super Princess Peach, being on location in Vibe Island allowed Princess Peach and her enemies to channel her emotions into powers. With Joy, she can fly and create cyclones. With Rage, she will create a magic fire around her, and create earthquakes by jumping. Gloom will enable her to run much faster, jump higher, and turn her tears into strong water spouts. Calm heals her.
Information transfer: Sometimes when Princess Peach is captured, she goes undercover, gathering information and sending it or useful items to Mario, usually by letters.
Immortality: 25 years old, yet is stated to live forever!
Swordsmanship: In the Mario and Sonic series, Peach is shown to be skilled at fencing. But in Mario Party 2, she as a pirate in pirate land, she used he sword to fight against Captain Bowser. She can even use that skill when transforming into a swordfighter.
Gunsmanship: As a cowgirl, and astronaut, Peach has the ability to use a pistol to shoot Bowser down in Western land, and Space land, in Mario Party 2
Aquatic breathing and Swimming: As a mermaid, in Princess Peach: Showtime! she has the ability to breathe, talk, and use a powerful and beautiful singing voice (much like Ariel from Disney's The Little Mermaid can, while swimmming underwater.

-She appears in almost every Mario games and in the cartoons The Super Mario Bros. Super Show!, The Adventures of Super Mario Bros. 3 and the TV version of Super Mario World.
In first N64 games to Super Paper Mario, she is voiced by Lessie Swan, then Jen Taylor, then Nicole Mills, and finally, Samantha Kelly in the current games.
-Peach is the symbol of the "damsel in distress", despite she have developed others skills through time.
-The games where she was the hero, or one of them, had unfortunate implications as Super Mario Bros. 2 turned out to be just a dream, and in Super Princess Peach, her main weapons are her emotions, quickly nicknamed her "PMS powers".
-She's at the origin of the famous statement "Your princess is in another castle."
-She's allergic to garbanzo bean seeds, and that's why she sneezes.
